Bounce away the winter blues with the Fitball class on Thursdays at 11am.

This is a small class concentrating on core and overall strength using a variety of Fitball exercises.

So come along and join Jenny for a fun hour of exercise.

The Sunday Bushwalking programme is well under way.  These are 2 hours walks in different

locations each week, with a delicious morning tea with homemade cakes to follow.

Why not bring a friend along – no need to book in.
