GYM MEMBERSHIPS

Full Gym

Unlimited access to our fully supervised fitness floor and all classes.

Initial one hour Personal Training session to commence your individual exercise programme.

– 4 x half hour follow-up Personal Training sessions in your first 3 months.
– Regular programme updates (every 4-6 weeks recommended).

Off Peak Gym

Access to the gym during off-peak hours:

12:00 – 5:00pm Monday – Thursday, 12:00 – 4:00 Friday

– No access to classes.

Healthy Weight Loss

This is the first positive step towards a healthier, fitter and slimmer you. This 10 week KICKSTART HEALTHY WEIGHT LOSS programme is just the beginning.

Establishing good eating and exercise habits for life.

So, if losing some weight and improving your fitness are your goals, this is the programme for you.

This 10 week course includes:

– Initial consult with resident GP, Dr Patricia Bishop (Medicare rebate applies)  – 2 x follow-up GP consults
– 2 x 30 minute Personal Training gym/diet sessions per week.
– Full gym and class membership.

Personal Training

If motivation to exercise is a problem, or if you are keen to achieve the most from your training, the KICKSTART PERSONAL TRAINING course is the perfect programme for you.

This 10 week course includes:

– 2 x 30 minute Personal Training gym sessions per week.
– Unlimited access to the gym and classes.

Be Stronger

Strength training for over 50s in small fun groups.

– 2 x one hour classes in the gym per week, focusing on strength and balance.

– Incorporates strength exercises using free weights, therabands and bodyweight

Class Membership

There are 2 Class Membership categories; Yellow and Green. These categories offer a variety of classes both indoor and outdoor to suit all ages and fitness levels. You may attend an unlimited number of classes within your chosen category.
