High Intensity group fitness classes are a 1 hour class with qualified enthusiastic trainers. This outdoor group class set in the Adelaide Parklands is fun and varied with bursts of interval training, walking or walk/jogging depending on fitness levels and personal preferences to improve cardiovascular fitness, agility and strength. The focus is working to increase all round fitness and health. This class is for the fitter person who wants to safely extend their limits.
