Fit for life Group Classes

Fit for life group classes are a hybrid group class in the Adelaide Parklands. The 1 hour session is divided into 30 minutes of exercise and 30 minutes walking. Those who will enjoy this fitness class is those who appreciate the outdoors, exercising under a shady tree in the beautiful Adelaide Parklands, taking stunning walks along the River Torrens and an all round fitness workout for strength, flexibility and balance and a chance to improve cardiovascular fitness as well.
