Circuit Gym Classes are set at our base in North Adelaide. They are 1 hour in length and are led by one of our qualified gym Instructors. This programme is a varied gym workout in a class setting. Circuit gym classes are a popular group session which is designed to offer a complete workout with particular focus on increasing strength and improving cardiovascular fitness levels. The class concentrates on variety with the use of gym cardio equipment, balls, thera band and body weights.
