A vigorous walk in friendly social groups for one hour around the north Adelaide area and the River Torrens. Lead by a qualified leader.
2 hours of fun and nature with our countryside walking. This varied and interesting walking programme in different locations each week consists of some hills for cardiovascular improvement and balance. Happy Social Interaction with a morning tea following the walk is just walk the doctor ordered. The walking season extends from March to November with a walk programme available at reception or here. All members and friends are welcome to join these sessions.
