This is for those who really enjoy some active fun. Let’s have fun together in this 1 hour group session led by our qualified Instructors.

Folk Dance incorporates easy to follow traditional dance steps from countries all over the world in this fun activity which really improves cardiovascular fitness. After warmup with regular exercises this programme then follows the music in a fun and social atmosphere. Beginners are easily incorporated into the group dances, so don’t stress if you are new and want to try it!

It’s a great way to improve your fitness, and most of all it will feel more fun than fitness.
