1 hour relaxed session with qualified fitness leader for men and women over 70 who wish to increase and maintain their fitness for living a full life. This programme provides safe functional exercises appropriate for the age group with the aim of increasing muscle strength, improving balance and joint mobility. Classes are performed using theraband and free weights and exercise bars (chairs are available if necessary). Social interaction, education and fun are the focus of exercising in the small group setting.
