There is nothing better to cure the body and mind than Yoga. This 1 hour session offered by Fitness on the Park is led by a qualified yoga Instructor. Hatha is a gentle form of yoga that focuses on posture for life. This exercise programme for the body, mind and soul is set in a quiet environment in the North Adelaide gym. The group is working to increase a range of movement and flexibility. Yoga is a practiced skill and new members are always welcome.
